By purchasing a product or using the services offered through getauditfix.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Description of Service

AuditFix provides custom SEO audit reports for websites. Each report is a digital document that includes a health score, issue analysis across multiple categories, and a prioritized action plan with step-by-step instructions.

Reports are generated on a per-order basis and delivered to the email address provided during checkout.

4. Purchase and Payment

• All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, Inc., which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
• Prices are listed in USD and include all applicable taxes (handled by Lemon Squeezy).
• Each purchase is a one-time payment for a single audit report.
• You will receive an order confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy upon successful payment.

5. Delivery

• Reports are delivered within 24 hours of purchase to the email address provided during checkout.
• Delivery consists of a unique link to view the interactive report online, plus the ability to download it as PDF.
• If we are unable to deliver the report within 48 hours, you are entitled to a full refund (see Refund Policy).

6. Report Content

• Reports are based on publicly available information from the submitted website at the time of analysis.
• AuditFix does not guarantee specific SEO results or rankings from implementing the recommendations.
• Reports are for informational purposes and do not constitute professional consulting advice.
• The accuracy of the report depends on the accessibility of the website at the time of the audit.

7. Intellectual Property

• The report content and design are owned by AuditFix.
• Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive license to use, share, and distribute the report for your internal business purposes and with your clients.
• You may not resell the report as a standalone product or claim it as your own work.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AuditFix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific report in question.

9. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide a valid email address and a legitimate website URL.
• Only submit URLs for websites you own or have authorization to audit.
• Not use the service for any illegal purpose.

10. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using the service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt an amicable resolution via email. If no resolution is reached within 15 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain, unless applicable law requires a different jurisdiction.
