2. Full Refund — Before Delivery

You are entitled to a full refund if:

  • We fail to deliver the report within 48 hours of your purchase.
  • The website URL you submitted is unreachable or cannot be audited for technical reasons (e.g., the site is offline, blocks all crawlers, or requires authentication).

3. No Refund — After Delivery

Once the audit report has been delivered to your email and is accessible via the unique report link, no refund will be issued. The report is a custom digital product generated specifically for your website — it cannot be "returned."

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to help@getauditfix.com with:

  • Your order confirmation email or order number.
  • The reason for the refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.

5. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the report, contact us at help@getauditfix.com before filing a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues directly and promptly.
